Time, time, time, See what's become of me

I haven't posted for a while. Again. And this is no big thing (although from my perspective, I'd like to write more and, crucially, get better at it).

A lot has happened.

I doubt I'll ever look back at my blog and think of it as a chronicle for these times - I don't even keep a journal anymore.

I've been very busy with life, too.

My grandfather passed away recently [which is all I want to say about this]

I went to Switzerland (specifically Zurich) on business.

I resisted the urge to buy a Nintendo Wii.

I hardly played any computer games at all.

I booked a trip to Las Vegas.

I installed Windows Vista.

I read with a little wry amusement, and much sympathy, Peter's misadventre. I have a spare room, and for once was around, so you can call in future if you need to :-)

I removed Windows Vista.

I saw Guys and Dolls (at the Theatre), Casino Royale, On the Waterfront.

I bought a laptop for my sister to use at university (a nice "refurbished" Thinkpad T23)

I got very annoyed with seeing "Happy Holidays" everywhere. What's so funny about Peace, Love, and Understanding?

I lived life.

But probably not the way I want to.
